How do open the Heat Surge?

Thank you Sylvia. The heater is blowing cold air, but if there are no parts available it does not sound like it can be repaired.

Place your heater face down on a soft surface. You will see 4 screws in brackets remove screws and bend the bracket back towards the insert, they will bend easily. Then just lift off you mantel. If you want to go into the motor and fan area just remove 10 screws on the top portion carefully because there is a electrical connection you wouldn't want to disturb. Whatever your heater is doing you will need to get creative since no parts are available.
