How do I tip the cab on a DAF 45 ?

lol ..not to worry ..i guess you got the cab tilted on your own then ...the lever under the wheel arch is really just to hopefully stop the cab tilting right over ,if there was something wrong with the locks and you where driving at the time

generally onthe 45 series ,you turn the lock on the pass seat ,cab lifts slightly pull the lever under the wheel arch and lift it up..are they parts operating ok and opening the locks.normal reasons for it not to lift are ,seizure of moving parts due to poor servicing ,massive airdam/pods fitted to roof .or a special on horseboxes is the mainbody is built on to the cab so it can't be tilted...go to the locks if the body isn't in the way and with someone oerating the nut at the seat see if they are unlocking ...have both doors open when you do get it moving as when open they help take some weight ..and get as many people as poss to help lift
