Mend DAF 45 Fuel Pipes Pump Filter

Fuel pipes that connect the fuel pump and filter continuously burst ?

My DAF 45 truck has developed a problem, when l start the vehicle after a moment of running pipes that link the fuel pump and the filter including the return pipes burst and it some times overheats and boils i.e. water system. can you please help

Is the return pipe to the tank clear - can fuel actually get back to the tank along the return pipe?
