my fathers riser recliner rises and lowers but the foot rest will not lift, just clicks. Please can you help?

hi guys just like some kind of help here on my partners sherborne the leg & foot rest has stopped working so it will not retract, the back works just as it should. would this be the motor.when pressing the buttons on the remote they all light green so I don't think it is the remote part please help and I hope you understand thanks regards malcolm
