Changing brushes on Zanussi FLE1416W?

How do get access to the motor on my Zanussi Washer (FLE1416W) so that I can change the brushes?

I've tried looking on the back for a removable panel and have also looked underneath to see how to get to the motor - with no luck so far (I want to get some advice before I go any further).
