Mend Side Noise Coming

My pvc double glazed window opening side seems to have moved. ?

I can now hear the outside noise coming through the window when couldn't before. the window seems to have sifted slightly, tighter on one side than the other

This sounds like the hinges, good way to test is to push the top corner as you close it from the outside and you will notice that it will engage as normal. If so you need a new set of hinges.

it sounds like the sash has not been glazed correctly it needs to be racked with spacers thats the terminology very simple to do for an experienced window fitter or glazier.just out of interest how long have your windows been installed and by whom
