Mend Electrolux EWX14440W Loud Noise

Loud knocking noise coming from inside Electrolux EWX14440W when on spin?

When my Elecrolux EWX14440W goes into spin mode there is a loud knocking noise coming from inside the appliance, as you look at the front it is on the left side. It does not make a noise when the drum rotates whilst washing, just when is spins. The fast it spins the louder the noise!!! Any ideas.
