Vauxhall combo cdti 57 loss of power?

look down through front manifold to waste gate on turbo with a torch,stainless steel rod running parralell with block and has a lip on to get a long strong screwdriver onto it.give a spray with wd40 and lever back and forth to get the linkage free again,a code reader would confirm the fault and would say something about boost pressure,sorry cant remember the code,worth a look good luck
