Mend Honeywell SL8G3 G3 Alarm Day

how can I fix my sl8 g3 alarm ?

I had a power cut and since then 2 of the 3 remote panels will not operate, there is not mains power or day light on. The panels are completely dead with the exception of 1 anyone have any ideas.
