I think you need to check that each zone has been programmed if in doubt Try a reset to factory conditions. Standard method to reset to full factory set conditions Power down the panel, remove any connections in "Set Output" terminal and PA Imnput terminal fit a shorting link between these terminals power up, wait for alarm to start, power down remove shorting link and refirt original wiring, power back up code will now 1234.
Then reprogramme each zone according to the manual, if no manual most available on Honeywell site
