Mend Royal PL 2000 Fine Find

Royal PL 2000 heats fine, doesn't advance the document?

I cannot find a user's manual to diagnose my problem. While the laminator heats up and has worked fine in the past, it has stopped advancing the document & pouch. What can I do to fix this?
