Mend Craftsman Eager-1 Engine Lawn Mower Problem

Craftsman Eager-1 6.5 Choke Problem?

1. Mower is cold so I prime mower with 5 pumps of ball.
2. Mower runs for about 15-20 sec then quits.
3. Prime again, runs about 15-20 and starts to sputter out.
4. Just before engine quits, I pump ball 3 times.
5. Engine picks up again for 15-20.
6. Starts to quit, pump ball 3x.
7. I repeat this about two or three more time until the engine gets hot, then it runs fine.

How can I adjust the choke on this lawn mower, its not like there is a choke lever that gets pulled out to start and pushed in to run.
