How do i drai the petrol out of my Renault Laguna?

I have tried syphoning but to no avail please help it is a 1994/1995 2.0 auto

underneath the car where the tank is you will see a tube leading to the petrol tank, unsrew the jubille clip and have a bucket ready, syphoning is horrible tastes yucky, if you do it this way you will need to pour the petrol through a sieve to get rid of any debris in the petrol, i woulsd reccomend just leaving it
