won't start?

Hi, i have a 1988 ford cargo 6000 box truck with 6.6 diesel. Drove a few days ago and now wont start. Have no power when turn key on such as no headlight, interior light, blower motor. Have power at starter and can jump silinoid and will turn over but wont start cause fuel shut off has no powers to stay ingauged. thought maybe something came undone when cab got tilted forward but can't find anything. Also checked fuses and apeared to be good.
