humax foxsat hd box?

my foxsat freesat hd box won't turn on. the L.E.D. on the front panel go round and around but nothing happens. Can anyone help???

Humax Video, DTT Receivers Turn Front Round

my humax freesat foxsat shows a red mist over the screen and no sound. It happened once before and righted itself, this time nothing I have done makes changes it. Any ideas

not as yet. would seem its a send to manufacturer for repair type of job. :-( tho they do, do a collect and return service. I've tried it and that doesn't seem to work either. did paper work got collection date and nobody turned up.
