Worcester-Bosch 24i system green light off?

Hi I have the 24i system, the heating has stopped working and I have held the reset button down for 3 seconds and let go, the green light then comes on but goes off after a second or two. It then tries again but goes off just as quick. Do you have any suggestions. Many thanks
