how can i make my worcester-bosch greenstar 24i junior work again?

had my greenstar 24i junior for 3 years plumber thought the fan had broke - bought one of those - then thought it was the pcb - bought one of those - electric sockets kept tripping! blue and red light still flashing still can't reset and have been without hot water or heating for 7 days now - can anyone help please?!
