Mend Baxi 832 Heating Temperature Plumber

amber light?

boss therm and new boiler fitted in april all well until last week red light on, radiators hot ,.water temp on boiler rising,terrified i switched boiler off plumber came reset and o.k but amber light flashes occasionally when heating is off is this o.k?
