Mend Strong PVR-9300T Recorded Program Recording

pvr-9300t?

Cant delete one recorded program which is still showing the red record icon in "Recording Schedule" and "Recorded Programs".When I highlight It the red Delete button grey's out.The recorded program plays back ok and still has the red icon In the program guide.How can I delete it when the red delete button grey's out ?
