my boss therm is not working properly ?

The timer is set for three times a day, however, it does not turn off at night. I know its been cold, but I cant afford to have my heating on all night and so I have to turn the thermostat down all night. Then its not warm when I wake up. I cant control the water separately either, which i used to be able to do. So now the water and heating are on all night. Help please!!
