Mend Kenmore 8000 Dryer No Heat Element

We have a Kenmore Elite Quiet Pak 9 dryer, no heat!?

The dryer is functioning fully it just produces no heat. I suspect the element. Is this a problem I need a professional to fix? Hoping that I can figure it out. :)
