Mend Fiat Punto Battery Start

my fiat punto wont start with a jump start?

my fiat punto has been sitting idle for a week in very cold conditions. I went to start it and it wouldnt turn over, just a clicking sound. Tried to jump start it but still nothing. I have had a new battery in the last few months? help please!
