Mend Fiat Punto Battery Ignition No Start

my fiat punto will not start?

i put the leads on the battery the wrong way to jump start my fiat punto now it will not start no power to the coil pack the ignition powers up

Your immoboliser has kicked in. You need to get it bypassed. Whoever you are with for breakdown cover will come out and do it for you.
