Mend Worcester 28i Heating Boiler Frozen

worcester 28i boiler ?

Since the cold spell my boiler is not working on the timer, although the system works fully if i use manual override (ie running it on constant) the other day i unblocked the condensate pipe which was frozen - any ideas?)
