worcester boiler?

NO hot water or heating blue light flashing every couple seconds, tried pouring kettle water over pipe coming out of wall doesnt seem frozen on outside, hasnt made any difference, do I continue with hot water or hairdryer, i have took cover off boiler and dont seem to have any boxes which have water in as per the thread
