Mend Ideal Junior 28i Heating Pressure Condensate

i have heating but no hot water ?

my boiler is the junior 28i i have heating but no hot water. the condensate pipe was frozen so i sorted that, i took some pressure out and wont fill back up maybe a frozen water pipe are there an other resets other than the 1 on fromt of the boiler many thanks........
