Mend Renault Kangoo 2003 Fault

Renault Kangoo 2003 van heater blowing cold air only??

Does anybody know what the above fault would be. On the 1st setting you get a small bit of warm air through the heater but further settings just blows out cold air. Cant be fuse if the blower still works just no hot air???

Thankyou for replying, apparently its the thermostat, it is stuck in the open position. New thermostat required which isnt too bad.

is there plenty coolant in the system?if so your heater control valve may be at fault if the engine is reaching correct operating temp.
