Mend Bosch WFB2005 Washing Machine Pump

How can I fix my washing machine bosch wfb 2005?

The water doesn't run out, the pump makes a noise. I have cleaned the filter but there was no obstruction. I see there is a loose ball in the tube, is this normal?

Loose ball in the hose from the drum is normal. If the pump is running and the impellor is not loose and if no water comes out on CKs test below, then there is a blockage in the pipe from the pump. If your model has an anti syphon box inside the machine top right then it will probably be blocked with old soap like a grey clay, or a coin or button. Cheers

is the pump actually going round?.hold drain hose over a bucket to see if water comes out.if pump OK then you must have a blockage somewhere
