Mend Boiler Water Pipe High

boiler problems!!?

hi all, i have lots of water coming out of my overflow pipe constantally and the pressure is also high on the boiler any help wud be great cheers?

close the filling loop under the boiler.two valves attatched to a braided hose.close both valves either with nobs horizontal or if screw type use a slot screwdriver and turn horizontal accross pipe to close.if pressure stil too high drain some out of one of the rads
