Mend Siemens RDJ10RF Wireless Heating

why does my Siemens RDJ10RFwireless stat have a mind of it's own?

I have a Siemens RDJ10RF wireless stat which has a mind of it's own

I have it timed to come on in the morning and again in the evening yet it comes on in the periods in between too

Any idea why or how to correct this??..... as with others the Engineering just gave me a quick demo and didn't leave any instructions
