Mend White Knight 767C Dryer Fault Drum

Dryer trips RCD after 15-20 mins?

My initial fault was drum not turning I replaced capacitor and all seemed OK.After re assembling the Dryer it trips the RCD after 10-15 mins. White Knight 767C Any help appreciated
