Mend Bosch KGN34X60GB/06 Started Loud Noise Fridge

Bosch KGN34X60GB/06 fridge/freezer is rattling?

My Bosch fridge/freezerKGN34X60GB/06 has started making a loud rattling noise. The noise stops when the fridge door is open but not when the freezer door is open. Frost build up does not appear to be excessive. Noise stops when power turned off as I would expect. Checked back of the unit but cannot find a cause for the problem. Any ideas as to the cause? Currently defrosting the unit.

I have the same problem. If you unscrew the freezing element at the top of the freezer and gently pull it foward you will find lumps of ice at the back! Frost Free is a joke! I am contempalting buying a different FF
