Mend Samsung Fridge Appliance Repair

How can I fix My Samsung Fridge/Freezer (american style)?

It is making a loud buzzing noise when closed and when open there is a rotating motor noise. It recently shut down completely and defrosted but started up again without repair! it has only developed this noise in last 2 days but it is getting worse and the water dispenser does not work.
