how can i fix my reanult megane?

we have a reanult megane 04 and in the last few weeks as you are driving it stops and starts like your running out of fuel then it would be ok then it would acure again then somtimes the service light would randomley come on also.its a 1.6 and before we brought it the previouse owner put a turbo in it
