Mend Auto Stopped Working

The auto feed stopped working?

The auto feed stopped working while in the middle of shredding. We vacuumed, fed shredder oiled sheets thru, used a static free cloth to clean the sensor, and nothing has worked. We had the main PBC replaced 10 months ago.
