Honda crv remote locking?

My honda civic it keeps opening after i lock the doors with central locking the alarm seems ok but the locks keep opening

Switch ignition ON (not start)
Within 4 sec's press either the LOCK or UNLOCK button
Within 4 sec's switch ignition OFF
Within 4 sec's switch ignition ON
Within 4 sec's press either the LOCK or UNLOCK button
System should now LOCK or UNLOCK the car
Within 8 sec's press either the LOCK or UNLOCK button
System should now LOCK or UNLOCK the car
Switch ignition OFF
Remove key
Check operation of the remote
