how can i fix my rover 75 2.5 v6?

my rad fan has stopped working took it to auto electrics checked everything said all ok but baffled why fan not working!!!!!! plz anybody have any ideas what other probs it could be thnx

run car until temp gets the near red, fan should come on, if not then could be sensor.
