you need to undo the bolts around the edge of the transmission cover(not the kickstart lever)and then pull the cover off,you will see the variator on the left and the clutch bell to the right (both round)the variator is the part you need to take off it is held on with a single nut in the centre on the crankshaft you need to either use an impact gun to undo it or get a variator holder and undo the nut with a socket.when its undone pull the outer half off and then pull the belt out of the way then pull the inner half of the ariator out and you will see the rollers in the back of it they sit in 6 tracks change them and re assemble the variator when you do the nut back up make sure it is tight and use some loctite on the threads or it will fall off an cause mayhem in there.
