the most engine friendly way to deristrict this bike is to taske the plate out of the back of the variator ryan all other mods just put more pressure on the big end and piston ect but the transmission just gears up a bit further up the pulley when you take the plate out which does it no harm its very easy to do providing you keep the bits, you may need an impact gun to take the nut off the end of the crank or you can use a variator holder but dont just jam a screwdriver in there you can easily wreck the nickel plated surfaces of the variator or even put a bend in the crankshaft.
