Mend Creative Zen Micro Turn Screen Button

how can i fix my creative zen micro?

I NEED HELP......how can I get my creative zen micro out of the recovery mode? Because whenever I turn it on the screen goes right to the recovery mode....I tried every button on it like for reboot it says i have a filmwire problen and goes back to recovery mode and i cant upload a new filmwire because my computer doesnt recongize it as the player....I NEED HELP

I had the same thing when i decided to wipe it completely. i think you have to instal new drivers... it doesnt matter if your zen isnt recognised by your computer. try the driver herei think it was the one i used. http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/download.asp?MainCategory=213&sOSName=Windows+XP®ion=1&Product_Name=ZEN+Micro&Product_ID=10795&modelnumber=&driverlang=1033&OS=10&drivertype=0&x=34&y=13 good luck
