I NEED HELP......how can I get my creative zen micro out of the recovery mode? Because whenever I turn it on the screen goes right to the recovery mode....I tried every button on it like for reboot it says i have a filmwire problen and goes back to recovery mode and i cant upload a new filmwire because my computer doesnt recongize it as the player....I NEED HELP
