How can i fix my creative Zen micro?

My creative zen hasn't been workin for some time now. As soon as i turn it on i get to the creative logo and then the rebuilding library logo comes up and just stays there. I have tried leaving it on for ages in case it is slow to load. Any suggestions i am going crazzzzzzzy

Try doing recovery options.

First take out your battery, and pull the power button and while still holding it back, push the battery back in, then try clean up first, then try reloading firmware, and if they fail, reformat all and it may work then.
