Zen Micro is stuck in Recovery Mode?

Sometimes randomly my Zen will tell me that I need to format it again if say I dropped it. However, my Zen has been fine since the first time dropping it. However, I just bought a new stereo to play it on in my car and all of a sudden one morning it wouldnt work anymore. I had left the Zen in my car overnight and it was cold, but it had never acted this funny before. Right when you turn it on it says its in 'Recovery Mode'. It gives you the options to clean up, format all, reload firmware and reboot. The reboot is the only one that works. When I select any other choice the screen stays frozen on the option and I can't do anything.

Can someone please help me?
