my house alarm wont arm because my panic alarm wont work?

my alarm went off 2 nights ago for no reason but a zone was flashing on the alarm itself. today my panic alarm has set off for no reason now i can set my house alarm because of this. On the panel which shows you which zone has been tampered with its saying the panic alarm is the fault.
