Mend Vokera Compact HE Loud Heating Hot System

Loud noise, no heating, no hot water-Boiler Vokera Compact HE?

Some time ago, the system started to make a loud noise. Then a few weeks ago the heating went down.
Now, for the past few days no more hot water. Can
you help? Thanks.

Assuming that the boiler is firing up then could be an air lock or the pump has seized . Two fat pipes should be comng out of the boiler, if one is very hot and the other is cold then almost certainly an air lock, the loud noise is the water in the boiler starting to boil
