peugeot 206 fault code p0485=colling fan power/ground curcuit malfunction ?

just got a 206 ive had it for a few days engine managment light comes on every now and then, sometimes loss of power but not every time tho,i can go 10 miles up the road and it will come on sometimes it will take a bit longer if you turn the ignition off sometimes it resets straight away then other times it takes bit longer to reset,is this an easy problem that can be fixed,any help would be great thankyou
