can any1 help me?

hi iv a 00 gt tdi golf 115 bhp, the otr night my dimmed head lights and fulls, plus wipers, plus heaters, plus intercaters just stopped working... iv cheacked the fuses, all ok.. i was also told that the clocks in the dash could be the problem seen as there apart of the ecu, so i then could only get 150 bhp clock so i got the ecu done to take to any clocks, aka:115, 130, 150.... but stil no improvement...

anybody no whats wroang plz..?????
