Mend Matsui VP9406 Security Code Wrong

I put my Matsui VP9406 's security code in wrong too many times?

I've remembered the 4 digit code for my Matsui VP9406 now, but it isn't giving me an option to put it in anymore. I think I input the wrong code too many times whilst I was trying to remember after moving house.

It keeps flashing "protected" (and saying me it belongs to me) and turning itself off after a few seconds.

Is there anyway to unlock it so I can try putting my correct code in?

If you enter the wrong security code more than 3 times, the unit will lock up as you have found. To reset it, unplug it from the mains and wait for more than 30 minutes. When you reconnect it, you will be able to enter the security code again.
