Mend Hotpoint WT540 Washing Machine Spin Cycle Flashing Lights

My Hotpoint aquarius reduced creases and extra rinse lights flash?

My Hotpoint Aquarius WT540 stops at the rinse stage. The reduced creases, extra rinse and on/off switches all flash. The clothes are sitting in the water at the rinse/spin stage of the cycle and will go no further.
