Advent 4211 wireless button not working ?

Hi I tried that but because I can't use the blue fn and f11 button I can't turn wireless conection on laptop therefore it's not picking up my router. I need to know if I can turn my wireless on another way as my keys are not working.

Navigate to Network Connections from Control Panel

Right click on the Wireless icon

Select View Available Networks

Identify your own router from those you might see - connect to it.
