cold water will only trickle in to the washing machine bowl?
i would appreciate any help. i have a simpson esprit 750 7.5kg washing machine. when it fills with cold water it only trickles into the washing bowl. it takes a very long time for the water to reach the correct level. no mater what the cycle or the water level is on. the hot water is fine and pores into the bowl as normal. the machine is about 6 years old. i would apreciate any assistance or guidance. thank you.
turn the cold water valve off that runs to your machine dissconnect it make shore thers no obstrugions do the same to machine end then blow through pipe if blocked clear reasemble and try again hope i helped paul

If there is no blockage in the hose or filters on each end of the hose then replace the inlet valve for a new one.
